The mobile application offers a purchase option that allows a User to disable all advertising by paying a fee. Payments will be processed through the Google Play store from which the User originally downloaded the mobile application. The User may access the applicable in-app purchase rules and policies directly from the app store.
Users may find advertising or other content in our Services that link to third-party sites and services. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.
Anyone of age 13 or less is strictly prohibited from using the Services. The Services are also not available to any Users previously removed from the Services, whether for violation of these Terms of Service or otherwise.
Our Services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You understand that we are not responsible for the Content you store in the Service and the Content you share with other Users. You are responsible for the activity that appears on your account. You agree that you will not use the Services for any illegal purpose; you will not store or share the following via the Service: hate speech, threatening or pornographic content, content that incites violence or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. You agree that you will not use the Services for any third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content. You will not use the Services to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. You will not willfully do anything that could make the Services work improperly. We reserve the right to remove any content you post on the Services if we believe that it violates our policies.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE AND PERFECT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
