Hello.
I tried a few times to download 320 images through video. I chose download all video and it only shows 2:40 minutes video instead of 10 minutes or so long. Why it doesn't let me download the whole image one long video?
This is because images are put to the video with period 2 images per second. So, 320 images make 160 seconds of video, which is 2:40 minutes.
When I delete images after I've viewed them, using the long press for groups or the trash can icon for individual photos, The app responds as if they are being deleted but next time I view the list of detections, I see the past two weeks of images including the ones I just deleted. This is a fairly new issue that I hope you're already aware of, your QA people should have caught this before release. I realize that I'm supposed to be able to resurrect deleted photos from your server, but this is not that process. This is just normal deletions.
It is true that I had such an issue in the past, but this issue has been already solved. Please try to restart the app on your "monitor" phone - close the app, remove it from the list of apps running on background and start the app. Then try to delete something.
Hello, if I bought premium I get (Smart People detection) That is: I wouldn't look at trees, cars, etc.? Because I don't see smart detection in the free version.
This app doesn't have intelligent smart people detection. From my experiences, this "smart" detection doesn't work well, even when the produces call it "smart" or "intelligent". You will always get the best results when you mask (exclude) the areas with trees and moving objects from detection. You can easily do this in the Security Camera CZ application, just go to the camera settings, click on "Detection area..." and mask the areas from detection. This app has all functions in free version. The paid version removes ads.
How to recover my data?
All your data that are on your account are available (you can see them) on the "monitor" phone. I am afraid that if you deleted some images or videos or deleted the whole camera, the data cannot be recovered.

Adding of another phone to your Security Camera CZ system is very simple:
1) Install the app on another phone (please note that the minimum Android version is 4.1).
2) Start the app and log in with the same account as you used on your previous device.
3) Select if you want this new phone to be a "Camera" or "Monitor".
The most important thing is the point (2) - you must use the same login account on all your phones (cameras and monitors) that you want to be interconnected together.

I have installed the app, using my mobile as a monitor and an old one as a camera. The one I use as a camera is some distance from my house. Every time the battery is running out (of the mobile used as a camera) or for another reason that I do not know, the camera disconnects and I cannot access it. The application puts maximum effort to keep the camera running. But it is important to follow these rules:
- keep the camera plugged into a charger all the time. This prevents the application from going to sleep mode and keeps the camera phone charged all the time.
- keep the application running on the display of the camera phone. This prevents the camera phone from going to sleep mode. For Android 10 or above, this also ensures that the camera can be turned on or off anytime.
- check on the camera phone that "Battery optimization" is turned off for the application Security Camera CZ. The camera shows you a warning if "Battery optimization" is not turned off.

Concerning the location - you can check the location of your camera if you go to the camera settings - About this camera - and at the bottom you can see the GPS coordination of the camera. If you click on it, you will see position of the camera in Google maps.
Hello, I have this app on two phones and with the same account but there is no way to turn on. I had it a long time ago and it worked like a fabulous. Is there a solution to the problem?
If the camera stopped responding and it seems to be turned off, please try to physically restart the camera phone and the "monitor" phone as well. If you can, also restart the WiFi router that the camera is connected to. These restarts will most probably solve the issue. If not, do not hesitate to let me know.
What happens if you stopped using a camera for two months?
Nothing happens. The data remains in the camera and available on the background server, until you leave you camera turned off for 6 months. After six months, if you do not turn on your camera, because the camera is considered as dead.

Hi, I really don't want to put a low review in the app that's why I emailed you first. I have been using the app for almost 8 hours now then I noticed that it automatically shifted the video quality to the lowest possible quality even though it is ser in 1280 720. I tried installing and uninstalling the app but I have no luck.
The reason why the resolution decreased is that there is a time limit for HD video. When this limit is reached, the app switches to standard resolution video. This limit is there because I pay for the bandwidth and all data that are send between monitor and camera and, believe or not, sending data over internet is not free in these days. When you watch videos on YouTube, for instance, the data transferred between YouTube and your computer are paid by the ads. Also, Netflix data are paid and so on... I don't want many ads in the app, so the app has limited time for HD video, which is 2 hours per week. If you want more, you can pay a small amount (about 8 USD) and you will get 8 hours of HD video per week.
I removed all notifications from the try so that notifications would not pop up. I want to also remove the indicator that camera and microphone is running.
I suppose this is the screenshot of the "camera" phone. These notifications are shown by the Android system as a warning that some app is accessing the camera and microphone. These notifications cannot be removed or dismissed by the app or by you. The reason is that Google wants to reduce or avoid spying apps on the Android system.
The phone on which the camera is installed turns off the auto from the mobile and when it enters the app, the auto turns on and after a while the auto is turned off.
This happens when the camera reached 3000 alarms per day. Please note that this is the day limit. If this limit is reached, it usually means that the camera detects false positive alarms.
Why the limit? Originally there was no limit for number of alarms per day. Unfortunately, some users fired even more than 20.000 images per day, which caused that costs of the app increased rapidly. So, just a safeguard against misuse, there is currently threshold of 2.000 images per day after which user is informed that motion detection of his/her camera is not set properly; after 3.000 images per day the motion detection is stopped.
Application is having problems, not opening the camera.

If your camera says that it offline, this is most probably because: 1) The camera lost access to Internet - try to restart the camera and if you can, also restart the WiFi router. 2) The camera is turned off - may be because it is not plugged into a charger and the camera exhausted its battery. Please check the camera phone and let me know in case the problem persists.
Hello, I used to have this application on this phone and on the old one. I used the old phone as a camera. For some time, the old phone lay turned off. Now I tried to turn it on, but the application does not see the old phone as a camera. The problem is that the touchscreen does not work on the old phone. Is there any way to restore the pairing?
Do I understand right that the touch screen on your camera phone does not work, so you are not able to start the app on the camera phone? I am afraid that this is a problem, because even if you somehow start the app without the touch screen, the app will require that you accept permissions (access to microphone and camera) using the touch screen. I do not know how to bypass this.
Good program. But why doesn't it remotely turn on WiFi when you are in another city, the signal is also good and the motion sensor does not work can be fixed.
Thank you for your feedback. When your camera is "offline" it means that it cannot be reached over Internet. It is because the camera phone lost internet signal, or the phone is not plugged into a charger, the camera battery becomes empty and the whole camera phone died.

If you can't turn on motion detection, or if it automatically turns itself off after turning it on, you've probably exhausted the daily alarm limit, which is 3000 per day and is always reset at midnight. Why the daily limit? Originally, there was no limit to the number of alarms per day. Unfortunately, some users have even fired more than 20,000 alarms per day, causing the cost of the app to rise rapidly. This can sometimes happen the previous connection to the camera finishes prematurely. But this problem should disappear within several minutes. Can I ask you if you still face the issue?

You can try to turn the camera remotely off and the back on, but I am afraid that if this doesn't help, you will have to restart the app on the camera phone or restart the whole camera phone.

Thank you for your feedback. If the camera doesn't work, first try to restart the app on your "monitor" phone (close the app, remove it from the list of apps running on background and start it). If this doesn't help, there will be some problem on the camera side. Even if the WiFi works, the camera phone can be disconnected. I would strongly recommend to restart the camera phone and if you can, also restart the WiFi router.
