Can my device in a camera mode send data to my email so that I can see the data signing in other computer later time?

The camera cannot send notifications via email. I decided for this because the camera can generate thousands of recordings per day, and I supposed that you don't want to receive thousands of emails per day. If you have any reasonable suggestion to solve this, please let me know - I am always open to any nice suggestions.

When the camera records 3000 photos for the day, it stops recording. The next day, the recording is also suspended until it is manually turned on. Can this be done automatically for the next day?

The app is designed to stop the motion detection when the limit of 3000 recordings is reached, but the motion detection should automatically start again at the midnight (at the 00:01 of the next day). It really doesn't work for you?

When I use a remote view, my remote viewer has a mirrored image of the video. Why is that the device I'm using the front camera does not have the option for mirroring.

Please turn the camera off and then on (you can do this remotely from your monitor phone - on the main screen just sweep over the image from the camera). Then try the remote view again. If you still face the issue after the turn on -> off, please let me know.

My question is it possible the switch that toggles the options to turn on/off motion detection when your nearby be controlled by a routine script or by voice command? I know that it can be done manually, but I have multiple cameras setup and I currently use Google Home for my Smart Home. I would like to be able to control which camera can detecting motion when I'm at home nearby. Thx for your time and consideration in this matter.

The nearby function relies on the detection of proximity of the camera and monitor phones.
The other thing is that the application supports the Google's SmartHome system. You can add the camera to your SmartHome and control it using voice commands. To add your camera to your SmartHome, go to the camera settings, click on the "SmartHome and IP camera..." item and turn SmartHome on (it should be turned on by default). Then click on the "Help" button in the top right corner to show the Help page with instructions how to add the camera to the SmartHome. Using SmartHome, you can turn the camera on/off or start a live stream on your TV.

The camera and monitor must have at least a slightly better signal (WiFi or data), and an internet connection. I would recommend first physically restarting both phones (camera and monitor). Check that both phones are connected to the internet and the connection shows at least two or three bars. Then the application must work well, including live video.

This is most probably because some notifications about movements were not delivered to you in time (immediately when the motion happened) and were delivered to you with a delay. In other words, these notifications are probably notifications about previous old motions. If this happens again, please let me know.

Of course, you can have as many cameras as you want. To add another camera, just install the app on another phone, sign in with your account and click on the "camera" mode. This new camera immediately appears on your "monitor" phone.

You are probably talking about the "siren" function? If you need a "siren" sound on your "monitor" phone, you can set up some lound siren noise as the notification sound. You can set up notification sound when you go to the phone settings - Applications - Security Camera CZ - Notifications.

If you don't see a picture from the camera on your "monitor" phone, there will be most probably some problem with the connection. Please try to restart both the camera and monitor phones and if you can, also restart the WiFi router. This should solve the issue. If not, please let me know.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 mobile phone and I installed your app. Everything works normally but after some hours Android disables the application. I should note that I have set the device to always have the screen active, I have set the application settings to have no power limits and I always put the application's screensaver as you advise us to do. What else should I do to keep the app from disabling?

As I see, your phone is very slow - it takes very long to open the app and also when you click on the "live video" icon, it takes also very long until the next screen starts. I am afraid that the problems with live stream are related to this (the phone is too slow). You can try to connect to your camera using the web page https://securitycamera.cz/monitor.html and it will be probably without any problems.
Please try to restart your Redmi Note 8 camera phone. I hope that after the restart the app will stay on the camera phone untouched and stable. If not, please let me know.

Hello, thank you for your answer. I tried your advice several times and still the same. I recorded a video of the screen and also a screening, so if it can be sent via email, I will send it to you. Unfortunately, still the same. I even uninstalled the applications from both smartphones and then reinstalled them, I also changed the new account and new password, but still nothing.

This is really strange. Could you try connecting to the camera via a computer? Open the page https://securitycamera.cz and at the top, click on "Web monitor (beta)", log in with the same account as you use in the application and try connecting to the camera. If it works, the problem is somewhere in your phone-monitor. If it doesn't work from the computer either, there must be an error somewhere in the camera.

Hello, I hope you can advise me why I can't connect to the Security Camera CZ application when I'm away from home. It used to work 100%, when I want to see what's happening at home, it starts up halfway and stops, but when I check it at home, the recording is there and it's like this on WiFi and via mobile data. Can you advise me how to proceed, it's been since the last update, everything worked before.

If you can't connect to the camera and the "yellow thermometer" only reaches halfway, I would recommend restarting both phones (camera and monitor) and if you can, restart the WiFi router to which the camera is connected. I'm almost sure that everything will be fine after restarting.

I didn't test that. The app isn't really intended for this purpose. But I believe that this issue is related to some security update of Android. The Android system (resp. Google) is continuously improving privacy of users. So, the app probably uses some newer library which has fixed the "privacy" issue - and you cannot wiretap on the camera phone calls. Probably.

There is no change - using the app you can still watch and hear what is going on in front of the camera. If you do not hear the sound from the camera, please check if you didn't mute the live stream (see the yellow icon of speaker in the bottom right corner - isn't it crossed out?). Also check the volume of your "monitor" phone. Then you can go to the camera settings - Advanced - Live stream options and check if both audio and video is checked.

I am using a using a Samsung A40s as the camera and I noticed that the wide-angle camera is not available from the camera list and that is the only camera missing from the list. I can pick the main camera and the selfie camera.

The problem is that not all cameras (lenses) are always presented by the Android phone to third party apps. Even if the phone has 3 lenses on the back side (for example), only some of them are available to third party apps. Especially some older Samsung phones (Android 11) have this issue. This because originally Android phones had only 1 front and 1 back camera. Then manufacturers started to add more cameras, but Android wasn't prepared for this change yet, so manufacturers solved access to these additional cameras individually. Google added support for multiple cameras in Android ver. 11, but still, it took some time until manufactures switched to this Android multiple cameras system. Especially Samsung. I am afraid there is nothing we can do with this problem on your current phone.

I am having trouble with my videos/pictures- I am not able to view them. It just shows to camera icon and you can't see the footage. I was able to see it once and I tried to download it and it is sending other videos I don't want. Also, why is my sound not working? Lastly, the videos keep going from black and white to color- Can you please advise on all of these?

Please would you physically restart your "monitor" phone? This should solve the problem.

Constant failure on the second phone, everything is included, but the camera crashes, then works again, but does not allow you to turn on the video... Movement malfunctions every other time.

I can confirm that the last version 3.2.0 of the app works without any issues. I would strongly recommend to physically restart the camera phone. Wait a minute after the restart and then try again. I use very old phones as cameras and they work without any issues.

When you purchase the app, this limit is extended to 480 minutes per week, this is 8 hours of HD video. Also, in purchased version, you will be asked to prolong the video each 30 minutes, instead of 10 minutes like in free version.

It is very important to use the same account on both the camera and the monitor phones. When the app asks you for sign in, use the same account in both phones. This is very important. The camera takes pictures and video with "automatic" exposure settings. It works well and no other users of this app complain about similar problem. Please try to physically restart your camera phone. If the restart doesn't help, try to switch between the front and back lenses to see if the problem is on both of them. Let me know the result. Also try to connect to the camera to see live stream. Does the live stream work or not?

Good day. Please inform me if it is possible to control a WiFi camera with your program. The manufacturer recommends the v380pro application for it, but I cannot configure it (the camera) myself - connect it to the WiFi network.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. My application can create a surveillance camera from an old mobile phone. And it only displays cameras created in this way.

I require help regarding the app since it has an error or failure... I cannot change the resolution of the video and images, even if I set the maximum resolution, it only remains at the minimum resolution, but in the options, they indicate the maximum resolutions. Night vision is also not activated automatically even when the mode is activated.

1/ Concerning images - when the camera records detected motions as images, only low-resolution images are automatically sent to you. High resolution images are stored at the camera. You can download the hi-res images anytime you want - go to the image preview and click on the "download" icon in the bottom bar.
2/ Concerning videos - when the camera records detected motions as videos, then you should always get the resolution that is set up in the camera setting. For instance, if the video resolution is set to 1280x720, then you should see the video of detected motion in this resolution.
3/ Live stream video - this is always HD resolution, except when the week limit for HD video has been reached. This week limit is 120 minutes of HD video per week and is reset each Thursday night.

I tried sharing the camera invitation via messenger but after opening the application starts but the camera does not add. I have already tried uninstalling and installing the application but it did not help after clicking on the link the application simply opens but nothing happens.

According to my information it should work. Try
1/ go to camera settings - Sharing overview
2/ click on the + icon at the bottom right
3/ share the invitation
Whoever receives the invitation must have an Android phone and the camera should be added.

The application has a web version on address https://securitycamera.cz which can be run on PC, Mac, IOS etc. in Google Chrome browser. Please note that this is a beta version and only preview and live view are implemented.
